"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was trying to finish my order, but the payment part kept glitching for some reason. I tried a few times and then just gave up. Maybe it was something on my end, I don’t know, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be

Overall, I had a decent experience, but the payment options felt a bit too limited. Everything else was fine, I just wish they offered a few more ways to pay because it would’ve made the whole process a lot more convenient.

I ordered from Birdies once and the shoes did actually show up, so overall that part was totally fine. The website looked legit to me, and checkout/payment felt normal, no sketchy vibes or weird issues haha.
The only thing was that updates took longer than I expected, and customer service was a bit slow getting back to me. I don’t think it’s a bad brand at all, I just wish the communication was better. I’d probably order again if there was a good sale.

"Not really great for gifting"
I got these as a gift for someone, and it felt a little disappointing. The packaging was plain and didn’t really have that special gift feel. The size exchange was also kind of annoying to deal with. For around the price I paid, I expected it to feel a bit more thoughtful. I probably wouldn’t buy from here again as a gift...

"Looked better in the pictures"
I was a little let down when these shoes arrived. Like, they’re not terrible or anything, and I’ll probably still wear them, but the photos definitely made them look cuter than they are in person. The color looked softer and lighter online, and then when I opened the box it was just... darker, not really the vibe I thought I was getting. Even the shape seemed a bit different from the pictures on the site, which threw me off. They’re fine, I guess, just not as nice as I expected from the photos.

"Cute shoes, but the grip is disappointing"
I really liked how these shoes looked, and the fit was okay, but the traction isn’t great. I wore them on a smooth floor and felt like I had to watch every step because they were slippery. For the price, I expected way better grip. It kind of makes me wonder if the company cared more about making them look good and charging more than actually making them practical. Not sure I’d buy them again.

The shoes were cute, I’m not gonna lie, but the return process was a total headache. It took forever, and customer support kept sending the same canned replies like they weren’t really reading my messages. I’m still waiting on my refund, so it wasn’t worth all the hassle.

They’ve got a really nice mix of flats and slippers, and I liked that there were so many colors to choose from. I just wish they had more wide sizes in some of the styles. It kind of felt like people who need a wider fit weren’t really being considered, which was disappointing

"Sorta not my style"
I really wanted to like Birdies, but the look just isn’t for me. The styles feel sorta dated, and the colors are a little dull in person. The shape also looked kind of awkward on my feet. For the price, I expected something cuter. Just not really my taste.

"Definitely Size Up"
I’m glad I checked the fit because I’d definitely recommend sizing up one. Once I did, it felt much better and fit the way I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Good Quality, Fair Value on Sale"
The prices are definitely a little on the higher side, so I think it’s fair to say they may not be an instant buy for everyone. That said, the shoes feel really well made and they’re comfortable, which makes the cost easier to justify. Personally, I’d probably wait for a sale, but overall the value feels fair to me

The shoes looked really nice when I was browsing, and I was actually looking for something to wear for both casual days and maybe the occasional dinner out, so I took a chance on them. My only issue was that the product details could’ve been clearer. I wanted a little more info about the sizing and what the materials were like, since it’s hard to tell that stuff online. Some parts felt kind of vague, so I ended up guessing before placing the order. Not a bad experience, just wish there had been more details upfront.

I had a feeling Birdies would have nice packaging, this kind of confirmed it for me. My order came in looking really clean and cute, and the shoes were protected well. There was a little more paper inside than I probably needed, but overall it gave a really nice first impression...

"Cute shoes, but cleaning them is annoying"
I do like how my birdies look. They are cute. They go with a lot of outfits. But taking care of them is a pain.
After just a few wears, they got a small spot. I tried cleaning it with a damp cloth like the site says. It did not really come out. The fabric also looked a little off after.
For the price, I thought they would be easier to keep looking nice. I am disappointed. I probably would not buy another pair.

"Cute at first, but I feel dumb for trusting the quality"
I really wanted to like these because they looked cute and felt comfortable when I first got them. But after wearing them a few times, the shape started looking weird and the soles showed wear way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought they’d hold up better. They’re not the worst, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting they’d be better quality.
